Covid-19, A Hypnosis Around Abundance, Money and Trust

Episode Summary

The fear release and meditation begin at 12:10 if you want to skip the conversation.  Today my guest is… me.  I made another hypnosis for you to use for abundance, money and trust around the economic changes and personal changes that may feel out of control right now.  If you find yourself spiraling or incapacitated, I hope this will be a big support for you.  I also share a fear crisis experience I just had with you all that many people can relate to during these times, along with my process for flowing through it into a place of greater expansion, elevation and enlightenment of my spiritual being.  Remember you can come back and skip right to the hypnosis over and over.  You can download it and access it at any time.  I truly hope these are helping you all.  I know they are helping me tremendously and I am living in a much more relaxed state during changes, which feels great because it helps me to believe in the greater good and that we will prevail.

Show Notes:

I hope that you find some trust, relaxation and health from my words and the hypnosis track I have prepared for you.  I will continue to release relaxation tracks here and on my Instagram TV so stay tuned for those.  I will include shorter tracks over time.  I encourage you to be proactive, informed, centered and engaged in community.  Please drop a comment, like, subscribe, star rate, review and share this episode.  You can help me increase immunity and healthcare by reaching more and more people in their homes.  And continue to breathe, friends.  We are in this together.  Blessings.

COVID-19: Going Through Our Process with a Fear Release, Guided Meditation and Love

Episode Summary

The fear release and meditation begin at 7:48 if you want to skip the conversation.  Today my guest is… me.  I wanted to share some thoughts on my personal experience with the abrupt life changes surrounding COVID-19 and how I was able to navigate them, as well as that the strength I found is coming from the power of people.  Our communities are strong and they are shining their strengths greater by the day.  I also felt like it was important to put out a fear release and empowerment meditation, especially in a time where surrender is our greatest ally.  This is preventative healthcare.  We must be the principal players in how we can help ourselves at a cellular level.  As we move through these rapidly shifting spaces, it is in finding our center that will keep our immunity strong, our spirits high and our resilience available.

Help me increase immunity and healthcare by reaching more and more people in their homes.  And continue to breathe, friends.  We are in this together.  Blessings.

My guests today are four beautiful goddesses I had the pleasure of sharing retreat space with in Oahu, Hawaii in February 2020. We will begin with the retreat inspiration and organizer, Nancy Bell.  After we chat with her, we will talk with the other workshop leader, Deb Gleason, where she shares her workshop inspirations.  And then, Liv Ensign, a surprise last minute guest and my long time friend.  As you can imagine we get pretty lively in our convo as travel buddies and lovers of laughter.  Lastly we will hear from Ange Arbuckle, the host of the retreat in her beautiful space in Hawaii.  Every guest shares their transformations through this sacred time together, what retreat means to them and also how they experienced my retreat offerings of pelvic floor awakening, along with learning to surf for the first time ever!

Show Notes:

I am fresh off of participating in the expansive Exposure Retreat 2020 on the beautiful island of Oahu.  I brought my Awakening Your Life Force pelvic floor workshop that I couple with surf lessons, which support re-igniting to your supreme essence and divinity.  The workshop piece was a full day of meditations, visualizations, recalling your power, emotional cellular memory education and techniques and pelvic floor education and self-care techniques.  At the end of the day we all participated in a fun dynamic motion exercise class and then eventually got our surf lessons on.  We will be hearing from four of the seven women about their transformations through my workshop and surf lessons, but also about the sacred shifts they received throughout our time together.  We will find out how profound these shifts can be when women come together in full transparency, vulnerability and support of each other.  Let me tell you, it was one of the most profound experiences I’ve had in a retreat space.

Thoughtful Conversations About Whiteness with Good Friends and Cats

Episode Summary

My guest today is the divine Devi Ward.  She is the Founder of the Institute of Authentic Tantra Education, is the host of the podcast Sex is Medicine, is an author and has been featured as a Tantra and Female Sexuality Expert in countless articles and over 30 different radio and television networks world-wide.  We will be exploring what it means to look at the white race in relation to racism, why it is uncomfortable for white people to talk about race and how we are mostly uninformed and uneducated when it comes to discussions about race, even with the best of intentions.  It is my hope to open up a conversation about this to normalize it so more conversations start happening, which will affect bigger change.  I want to bridge the taboo gap by sharing experiences and truths to help us all discover where we may have been misled or misplaced in our own upbringing or experience.  The cats are there because as Devi has said previously when engaging in these conversations, cats make everything better.

Show Notes:

This episode was the most vulnerable I’ve been and that is exactly what drives me to share it with the world.  We as white people need to push past those feelings of vulnerability in regard to race and seek out the very best ways that we can implement change in a system entrenched in extreme bias and privilege.  My guest shares very deep wounds as a result of racial trauma and I’m so grateful to her for opening up in such a public platform to share her experience with us about the very real impact it has had on her life.  Thank you for holding the space for her to put a voice to these wounds.  Please do check out the very valuable resources listed below.  I will tell you right not that since doing my own research for this interview I have had several conversations that have led to others discovering the importance of becoming educated and talking with their children early on.  I just returned from a powerful retreat experience where I offered my Awakening Your Life Force workshop and surfing lessons as a piece to the whole movement.  What we talked about most is how the reaction we may feel listening to another’s experience can be a very helpful tool as a mirror or reflection of ourselves to explore.  I encourage you to listen with an open mind and heart that is really willing to look past your personal experience and into the much deeper wound racism has inflicted on our entire culture.

  • Our history, how we met
  • The system is broken
  • Receiving the message that I was defective, “If I would have been born 5 years earlier I would have been illegal”
  • Childhood education, deep-seeded beliefs
  • Exploring the belief that if you talk about race, you are racist
  • Color blindness and the destructive outcome in that school of thought
  • Dominant culture sets the values of that culture
  • Generational trauma of racism
  • Racial trauma, family trauma, growing up bi-racial in an affluent white neighborhood
  • The almost fatal result of the accumulative trauma of being a person of color in America
  • The danger of the binary assumption the a bad person is racist and a good person is not.
  • Racism if the air we breathe, it’s not personal
  • Test your implicit bias
  • Systemic barriers demonstrated in a bird cage analogy
  • The structure is a reflection of the mind, change starts within

Premature, How Parental Intuition and HypnoBirthing Maintained a Sacred Birth Experience in the Fear-Based Birthing System of America

Episode Summary

My guests today are the inspirational Heidi Schmidgall and Kristin Carver. They will be talking about how they successfully protected their birth and maintained it as a celebratory, sacred and spiritual occasion despite being surprised with an early term labor and birth, an experience where our conventional birthing system leans toward medical intervention. This important conversation is not just for parents, it’s for everyone.  We will begin to shed light on how we create our world through the way we support our birthing mothers and families. There’s definitely heart and humor in this beautifully woven story that unfolds.

Show Notes:

We will hear from a mother and father that were thrust into a fear and intervention based system when their waters broke at 34 weeks pregnant.  They will be talking about how they successfully protected their birth and maintained it as a celebratory, sacred and spiritual occasion.  I will be touching on the gravity of how we treat birth in this culture and how it creates, changes and shapes who we are as humans.  We’ll get a glimpse of their intimate birth journey where they remained the principal decision-makers in their birth.  We will also chat about the role their independent hypnobirthing class and preparation played and how they worked together in becoming a strong and unified family when being faced with surprising turns in their birth journey.
