Her path into the healing arts began at The University of Iowa, where she earned her BA in Psychology, before heading west to complete a comprehensive Massage Therapy program in Portland, Oregon. It was there that she discovered the work of world-renowned visionary John F. Barnes, whose approach to Myofascial Release would become a cornerstone of her practice for more than two decades. Studying under and assisting Barnes from 2001 to the present, she learned to work at the level where healing actually lives: in the cells, in the body, in the emotional memory locked in the tissue long before the mind could find the words for it.

In 2010 she completed her Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Certification at The Institute for Therapeutic Learning in Seattle, Washington. In 2018 she presented her workshop Get to Know Your Pelvic Floor at the Annual HypnoBirthing Conclave in San Antonio, Texas, an experience that cracked something open and confirmed what she had always sensed: she was here to speak, to stand on stages, to share from her heart in the most unfiltered and alive way she knew how. Her astrology studies have been wide and deep, with the core foundation of this lifetime built through the Luminous Life Multiversity with celebrated astrologer Annie Botticelli.

What Lori offers is not a system you study. It is a lived, embodied experience of becoming.
