The greatest lessons I carry are a sense of openness and flow.

I have been using all the tools, the muscle test worked for the first time yesterday...my NO was so obvious as my whole body moved backwards. Your voice in the meditations is very powerful to my ears lol...sometimes it doesn’t sound like you, all this to say it's working and I am filled with magic. I've been light bubbling everyone and everything, haha. The sticky feelings around some of my relationships are dissolving. Sending LIGHT to these people really works.

Things are going really good!!
What’s also really awesome is that I’ve been able to be that mentor and advocate and show up for my friends and offer some of the tools that you have offered me like shifting of the energy or doing the tapping.
I’m really grateful and the coaching continues to integrate deeper into my cells. I honestly just feel like I’m a different person. I have a really different outlook on things. Even though there are still some challenges, I don’t get as worked up in them so I thank you so much!
