Also known as Emotional Freedom Technique, tapping is a beautiful bio-hack for the overactive mind and chronic states of stress that have been normalized in an imbalanced world.

When I found Lori and the Wild Hearts membership things in my life were already starting to shift, I was just looking for more of My Tribe.
It was only a few months later that I attended the Path Masterclass, and as soon as Lori mentioned Next Octave Masterclass I wanted to have that push and accountability so very badly. I am a totally different person, I do have to work on it every day with meditation, listening to whichever track I need to for that day, as well as watching Lori’s videos on YouTube.
