Psssst. Find yourself wanting to crawl under a blanket and wait for Aquarius season to pick you up??  Yep, you may be feeling a little extra negative, even shut down right now, especially those of you out there blazing the light acceleration path right now. 

This can be a time of soul confusion because Capricorn likes its rules and regulations… the exact structures we are re-coding through our light integration. They like growth, but within the walls already resurrected. It’s the nature of the sign ruled by Saturn.   You can imagine that those energies feel wildly restrictive to the expansion through possibilities and the unknown that we be dropping e’ry day up in here. 

So how do we reconcile this disconnect?  How do we infuse all dat expansion into the structures that are yet to be fully dismantled?  Here’s the great news!  This energy has its purpose and power.  Let’s get practical, baby!  And serious.  We can use all this structure with our new and expansive intuitive living.  It’s about enacting the new belief systems and paradigms NOW.  It’s about continuing to tap into your creation energy and living it, exemplifying it and changing the world because of it.  So get some good use out of this ability to integrate your thinking cap with your limitlessness. How you ask? Use your resources.  Push play on the meditation until it shifts.  Then bring it, stand in it and literally be what you want to see.  Stay above the matrix, share compassion, live free, buy local, take responsibility for your vessel, eradicate ANY structure from syphoning your power.  Use your new superpowers in your everyday humanness.  And in your power.


Oh, and just get shit done.  Literally.  Hold your big picture vision and put it in place now.  These energies are your pedal to the metal.  You might be amazed at how much of the “structure” of your new vision you can map out now before the expansion, imagination and acceleration come in with Aquarius and Pisces.  Do it.  Do it now, Grasshopper.

Reflections on your 15th Stillbirth Day

My daughter would have been 15 years old today if she hadn’t grown wings when she was born still.

Our bodies deeply hold the entirety of our experiences during our lives and beyond. The conscious experiences really create much of our reality, even after time has passed and we’ve transformed the events.

The past few days have been a resurgence of the programmed stress response my body used to hold, especially in those first 7 years after her transition to Spirit. Yep, 7 years. I had to claw my way back to joy, love and desire for this life without her, while I continued to lose more and more.  It tested me and everyone around me relentlessly. I spent years in tears and gut wrenching pain. I feel immense gratitude that I finally caught myself and created the space to transform my grief into a purpose and passion in this life and for honoring a profound experience very few will ever know.

It is through my daily alignment practice + my ascension dedication to shed this dangerous programming of fear, scarcity, comparison and lack culture that I can now download the radical messages of my journey in this lifetime and the importance of every single experience. We hold creation knowledge within when we can tap into the Universal Force energy, but when we are sent messages constantly (CONSTANTLY) through media, news, pop culture, linear learning, gender biases, government policies and the eternal attack on our Divine Feminine that intuitive power becomes feared, fractured and denied. I still have moments of extreme sadness without my daughter since that is the dominant message of worthiness around us. I am not celebrated for the amount of strength it took me to stay alive, to build a new life, to hold a baby, to find utter joy and abundance as a single woman without her children…. BUT when I clear all that lower vibration bullshit, I can sit in complete f”ing AWE of the depth of my emotional well, of my journey with her, of what it took to give birth to her body, of 15 years of fighting to understand our sacred truth and to uncover the GREAT roles we both play in creating deep healing in this Earth from our bridge between our human and Spirit realms.

It’s now your beacon of light to find those soul relationship connections that will fertilize your bloom to help it grow in the collective. Pick your garden with intention babes cuz you will flourish with the perfect environment.

❣️ Take charge of who you are by aligning with love. When you allow your life to unfold, rather than force it from fear, that joy and peace and purpose reveal themselves beautifully. Do you believe life is good? Do you freely give to others? We give without thought, expectation when we are in full alignment of love. 💫 What does it mean to practicer higher consciousness?  How do we do that exactly?  What are the results of putting the work into our soul alignment?  Why should we do it like it’s our job?  What if we don’t have the time?  Shouldn’t it just naturally unfold for me?  All great questions and here are some of my takes on the answers from my recent Instagram Live chat.  It takes practice to join up with the energy and guidance that’s available, especially right now. It’s also in that practice where we shed unconscious programming and re-member the divine, magical beings we truly are. I offer some support, suggestions, practice techniques, inspiration and a little bit of urgency because we have a New Earth to create from a heart-centered space of love babes! We have the ability to create miracles right now. I know because I was just part of one. 🙏🏼

Enlightenment Is Innate

Let’s talk about euphoric enlightenment.

As I sit here pondering it, I’m sure it’s what is intrinsic in us, but as with most things has been culturally conditioned out of us.  So we end up working uphill throughout our lives to achieve what was suppose to easily flow into and through our being, our birthright and access point to Source.

I’ve had this euphoria before, not too long ago. It was when I had to surrender and return from Costa Rica quite Ill and weak. There came a point of surrender.  Here is where I truly discovered how sudden extreme gratitude creates a pure state of ascension and  alignment. It’s like THE formula. One equals the other.  When I came home to the beautiful cool winter forests nestled into the most beautiful hot spring I’ve been to, where I could drink all the water and nourishing healing food, my vibration raised and raised and raised.  My abilities were limitless.  My gratitude was not the kind that we talk about in this cultural frequency of writing down 3 things you’re grateful for every day.  No, it was pure, deep, unadulterated gratitude in everything I saw, tasted, touched, smelled.  This is quantum leaping.  When you FEEL deep in your cells, your DNA and thinking is not even a part of the equation.  This is how we create our new, higher dimensional reality. It takes a boatload of practice as we work our way out of a wounded culture of competition and scarcity.  We have to work way harder than we were ever intended to.  But here we are.  On the precipice of no longer wading through the sludge of lower frequencies because the Earth is permanently shifting.  A new heartbeat has begun.

I just went through this euphoric ascension again.  It was after being choked by crushing wildfire smoke on the West Coast for days, no oxygen available.  My instincts were to get quiet, not exert myself and slow my flow to preserve what oxygen I had.  Centering was basically survival and nothing more.  And then I made it to air.  True, beautiful, oxygenated air.  The gratitude movement consumed my being once again.  My connections re-ignited, the downloads came back, the light codes flooding my system.  And there it was, the lesson.  It is not in thinking about love or how I’m grateful.  It is in the pure, heart-centered bursting gratitude that fills my soul from my cells to the heavens.  We connect through energy, our biggest, brightest ability that is FINALLY coming alive, coming online and KICKING ASS.  My greatest hope through this dimensional shift is that it will no longer require a health crisis, wildfires or pandemics to activate it in such a direct, immediate way.  Use the pure, unfiltered feeling of gratitude on the other side of adversity as a pathway to ascension.  Remember that feeling, practice that feeling, drop into that feeling.  It can become the human norm to rediscover our divine humanness.
