Reflections on your 15th Stillbirth Day

My daughter would have been 15 years old today if she hadn’t grown wings when she was born still.

Our bodies deeply hold the entirety of our experiences during our lives and beyond. The conscious experiences really create much of our reality, even after time has passed and we’ve transformed the events.

The past few days have been a resurgence of the programmed stress response my body used to hold, especially in those first 7 years after her transition to Spirit. Yep, 7 years. I had to claw my way back to joy, love and desire for this life without her, while I continued to lose more and more.  It tested me and everyone around me relentlessly. I spent years in tears and gut wrenching pain. I feel immense gratitude that I finally caught myself and created the space to transform my grief into a purpose and passion in this life and for honoring a profound experience very few will ever know.

It is through my daily alignment practice + my ascension dedication to shed this dangerous programming of fear, scarcity, comparison and lack culture that I can now download the radical messages of my journey in this lifetime and the importance of every single experience. We hold creation knowledge within when we can tap into the Universal Force energy, but when we are sent messages constantly (CONSTANTLY) through media, news, pop culture, linear learning, gender biases, government policies and the eternal attack on our Divine Feminine that intuitive power becomes feared, fractured and denied. I still have moments of extreme sadness without my daughter since that is the dominant message of worthiness around us. I am not celebrated for the amount of strength it took me to stay alive, to build a new life, to hold a baby, to find utter joy and abundance as a single woman without her children…. BUT when I clear all that lower vibration bullshit, I can sit in complete f”ing AWE of the depth of my emotional well, of my journey with her, of what it took to give birth to her body, of 15 years of fighting to understand our sacred truth and to uncover the GREAT roles we both play in creating deep healing in this Earth from our bridge between our human and Spirit realms.

Cancer New Moon Collective Message

Hello Lovelies!

Here is a beautiful Cancer New Moon message that has come through.

I’ve also included a collective message that came through during my New Moon ritual at 6:16 pm pst below.  There is some yummy sweetness in coming home to ourselves and power, knowing that we have  everything in every single way! 

All the frickin heart spaces y’all. With the big Mars and Venus in Leo sitch and Cancer season + New Moon, we can be wildly uncomfortable with so much feeling, especially if we’ve been taught that feelings equal weakness (spoiler alert, it’s been the norm for a long time). But guess what!? Times they are a changin and here is our chance to transform that programming to fully accept our deep, beautiful feeling nature and use those emotions as a guide in what is correct for us! Cancer is the mothering energy, the nurturing energy, the home and sacred space energy. Ruled by the Moon, we are in for double the energy here! How’s your insides? You heart, your health, your home? Feeling tender? Feeling insecure? Feeling loving and loved? This is a ripe time to receive energy (Cancer) in a powerful way (Leo). Witness the sensitivity, honor it and then bring your courage to boldly live in it.

I know we’ve been talking about this a lot. A lot a lot. But there’s a dang good reason. Now is the time to release the old habits and programming and make way for the abundant opportunities trying to knock on ya soul door, Loves. And when you lead from your heart (see below) you attract the new paths that move you into higher alignment more and more.

My Vanlife Dream and Mindset Shift!

VANLIFE!!!

See that smile?? That smile is in large part to some big mindset work I’ve been doing. And also because I’ve worked harder on my dreams this year than I EVER have before, which has led me to my upgrade from part-time camper to full time vanlife! It  has also led me to the ability to sever my tie and reliance on the safety of my business in Portland and the security of the home I’ve lived in for the past ten years. It’s the dedication to shifting my mindset and belief system around money and soul purpose that have allowed me to take this huge leap of faith. I have always held on to money so tightly and come from a scarcity mindset of not enough, rather than more than enough. While I’ve always been a hard worker and very responsible, with that lower frequency belief I held money in a negative light, worried every time I spent it. Even when I had it to spend and spent it on my passion of traveling. It’s been a constant source of stress because at any point I could be broke. But why would I think that? It’s because I did not obtain the belief that I was infinitely talented and resourceful, but to constantly be worried that everything will go away. I’ve been hoarding my “stuff” believing that I wouldn’t be able to afford it if I needed it again. What a joy to finally feel money in a new light!

Money flows in and out (but can’t if you hold on so tightly there’s no flow), money is all around and it’s time for money to be in the hands of heart-centered, small business, pro-community humans. As I invest in my dream life that I now know is absolutely possible and definitely probable if I continue to practice a healed mindset of abundance, trust and flow, I offer that to all around me, they ripple it out and money becomes an exchange from love.

There’s a big awakening happening right now about money, who’s got it, how it’s used and what could happen with a better distribution of it. It’s an awakening of our true humanity and how far off course we’ve been steered for a very long time. Let’s take action. Be intentional, know that your money can make change. Where does it go? Who do you support? How does that feel? Stop habits, build your light! ✨
