This moon is a Supermoon, which means it is the closest the moon comes to the Earth in its elliptic orbit. Hello to EXTRA illumination on what we are leaving behind. Permanently. For sure for sure mmmmmk? Cuz I know it’s easy to stay in the patterns. Heck, our neural pathways have formed from them. And they can be formed in all new ways. So this is about your full rebirth after the chosen death. You choose. You decide. Do you resist and stay comfortable or ascend and take the new risks?

It Takes 67 Days…

Did you know that it takes 67 days to disrupt limited and fear-based belief systems, especially with an intentional mediation practice??

I mean, it definitely makes sense since we, especially our subconscious minds, are wildly absorptive and take in messages every day all day long. Not just through language, but through our biggest sensory system of all, our innate navigation system, our body consciousness. ANNNNND our cells carry the emotional experiences of our lineage as well. So we are opening, facing, unpacking and transforming deep messages that were being practiced by us before we even arrived here that became heavily practiced throughout our physical time here as! Wow, really, how amazing is that?? Yes, we are so divine and powerful. We are also amazing creatures of habit. We practice beliefs every single day. When we practice anything we get really really good at it. The underlying subconscious and even conscious beliefs and thought patterns have been in a continual loop and deepening from our environments, our relationships, our culture and our worlds.

are a few biggies that come to mind right now. These are belief systems that can keep us playing small in a life that was meant to be big, wait a second… HUGE! Happy Pisces New Moon on Wednesday, March 2nd at 9:35 am PST!

Happy New Years Eve! Yes, the energy that we are always searching for in January and tends to miss the mark is coming in droves with this great time of rebirth. It’s a time for your renewal, release and evolutionary rebuild. This calls for a celebration, even if it hasn’t quite sunk in yet.

The theme of this New Moon is really in your faith of the gifts to come. You may still be reeling from the soul grinder of the past couple of months that kept coming back and coming back until you had nothing left. Or so it seemed. It wore you down, it weakened your sacrificial resolve to strip away the people, experiences, triggers and loops that just kept showing up.

And if you went there and opened to that abyss, you have been re-emerging with what could feel like unsteady legs. As you come back into the world the oncoming dreams, feelers and humbled heart spaces may take you a bit by surprise, but they are offering you the perfect opportunity to take your newly calibrated nervous system for a spin. Make it your habitual reaction to eradicate your habitual reactions. Let yourself flow in the clouds of letting go with ease. Fully feel into the gift of an aligned Sun Moon and Jupiter with all that Pisces has to offer!

December is wildly important for the yummy expansion of our souls, not to mention the Earth! It’s like the ultimate party in Galactic Center activation! I mean we are talking 12/12 portal gateway, through this Moon and on to the Winter Solstice portal so……. You in?!?

To recap, full moons bring things to light, to illumination and in this dynamic time of Mercury, Gemini, Jupiter, Venus, Chiron, Pluto and Neptune, let us get ready to level up with the incoming balance of facts and information about true healing and health, as well as the revelation of underlying secrets and motives. So keep your discernment flag flying high y’all. It’s ‘bout to get put to gooooooood use.

Now is the time to get super real with what’s true and your best gauge has been with you all along. Unplug, tune in, turn ya fine self up and listen. The Universe is always trying to co-create with us, but when we effort, when we control, when we decide from a place of fear, when we push hard, we block our beautifully orchestrated messages. But remember, you do not get the fruits without the practice. There are higher dimensions waiting for your bat signal. Co-create with them and be wowed by an unfolding of life that is beyond what your previous environment never wanted you to see.

Whatever you put out in this bold and historical acceleration of Light will expand through Jupiter. Is it positive and high vibing? Or coming from triggers and karma? If it’s the latter, do your work, co-create within, transform it, rise above the matrix and find out just how powerful you are when setting intentions for your experience here and now. Reflections on your 15th Stillbirth Day

My daughter would have been 15 years old today if she hadn’t grown wings when she was born still.

Our bodies deeply hold the entirety of our experiences during our lives and beyond. The conscious experiences really create much of our reality, even after time has passed and we’ve transformed the events.

The past few days have been a resurgence of the programmed stress response my body used to hold, especially in those first 7 years after her transition to Spirit. Yep, 7 years. I had to claw my way back to joy, love and desire for this life without her, while I continued to lose more and more. It tested me and everyone around me relentlessly. I spent years in tears and gut wrenching pain. I feel immense gratitude that I finally caught myself and created the space to transform my grief into a purpose and passion in this life and for honoring a profound experience very few will ever know.

It is through my daily alignment practice + my ascension dedication to shed this dangerous programming of fear, scarcity, comparison and lack culture that I can now download the radical messages of my journey in this lifetime and the importance of every single experience. We hold creation knowledge within when we can tap into the Universal Force energy, but when we are sent messages constantly (CONSTANTLY) through media, news, pop culture, linear learning, gender biases, government policies and the eternal attack on our Divine Feminine that intuitive power becomes feared, fractured and denied. I still have moments of extreme sadness without my daughter since that is the dominant message of worthiness around us. I am not celebrated for the amount of strength it took me to stay alive, to build a new life, to hold a baby, to find utter joy and abundance as a single woman without her children…. BUT when I clear all that lower vibration bullshit, I can sit in complete f”ing AWE of the depth of my emotional well, of my journey with her, of what it took to give birth to her body, of 15 years of fighting to understand our sacred truth and to uncover the GREAT roles we both play in creating deep healing in this Earth from our bridge between our human and Spirit realms.
